Thornybush is a 14,000-hectare private nature reserve that shares a fenceless border with the famous Kruger National Park in South Africa. It’s the vast diversity of wildlife, however, that has seen Thornybush emerge as a leading safari destination.   The intimate Tamboti Villa, nestled under a grove of Tamboti trees, officially opened its doors in March 2021.  Set away from the main area of the Waterside Lodge, the spectacular newly built Villa boasts a generous main living area with an inviting plunge pool and interactive kitchen.  Four lavish en-suite rooms, connected by interleading passages, make the Villa the perfect get away for small groups or families.  The game viewing is exceptional within the camp, especially during dry season when the permanent waterhole attracts herds of elephants and buffalo.
